Sanford is a by-the-book serious soldier type, but from his in-game combat chatter, as well as voice acting, he seems to enjoy killing and finds it fun.
Each outfit gives him a different amount of bonus Corpus Blocks. Sanford has 3 different outfits he can unlock and wear in the Story Mode.
